Copyright & IP Notice

1. Ownership

The RILLA Shield website, applications, software, source code, design, user interface, AI prompts, model orchestration, training data, reports, documentation, illustrations, videos, copy, and all related materials (collectively the "Materials") are the exclusive property of Rilla Shield (ABN 80 678 733 950) and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, database and other intellectual property laws.

2. Trademarks

"RILLA", "RILLA Shield", the gorilla shield device, the hi-vis colourway, and all associated logos, taglines and product names are trademarks of Rilla Shield. You may not use any of our marks without our prior written permission, including in domain names, social handles, advertising, app store listings, merchandise, or in any way that suggests sponsorship or endorsement.

3. Limited Licence

Subject to your compliance with our Terms & Conditions, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your own internal business purposes. All other rights are reserved.

You must NOT, in whole or in part:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, mirror, frame, or distribute the Materials
• Scrape, crawl, harvest or extract data from the Service (including AI outputs)
• Modify, translate, adapt or create derivative works of the Materials
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive source code
• Remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notice
• Use the Materials, reports or AI outputs to train, fine-tune or evaluate any machine learning model
• Resell, sublicense, rent, lease or otherwise commercially exploit the Service
• Use any RILLA branding, screenshots or footage in your own marketing without written permission

4. AI-Generated Outputs & Reports

Scan reports, fraud risk assessments and other AI-generated outputs are produced using our proprietary prompts, verifiers and post-processing pipeline. While you may use reports for your own business purposes (including sharing with your clients, insurers and advisers), the underlying templates, formatting, scoring methodology and the RILLA branding embedded in those outputs remain our property and must not be removed, watermark-stripped, or republished as your own work product.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of invoices, photos, documents and other content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, transmit and analyse that content solely to provide the Service to you, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

6. Reporting Infringement (Takedown)

If you believe content on RILLA Shield infringes your copyright, or if someone is using our brand or content without authorisation, email legal@rillashield.com.au with:

• Your full name, organisation and contact details
• Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark
• The URL or location of the allegedly infringing material
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder
• Your physical or electronic signature

We review every notice and will remove or disable access to infringing material where appropriate. We may also terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

7. Permissions & Press

For press, partnership, citation or licensing enquiries — including use of the RILLA Shield name, logos or screenshots in articles, case studies or third-party integrations — contact legal@rillashield.com.au.

8. Enforcement

We actively monitor for unauthorised use of our Materials and brand. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal and equitable remedies, including injunctive relief, damages and account termination, for any infringement of our intellectual property rights.
