We want you to be completely satisfied with Rilla Shield. If you're not happy with your subscription for any reason, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
This applies to all subscription plans — Basic, Business, and Dual — and covers your first payment or any subsequent renewal.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. You can request a refund in one of two ways:
- Visit paddle.net and use their self-service refund tool
- Email us at info@rillashield.com.au with your order details and we'll process it on your behalf
Most refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will appear on your original payment method.
What Happens After a Refund
When a refund is issued, your subscription will be cancelled and you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free plan with limited scans.
Free Trial
New accounts receive 3 free RILLA Shield scans and 3 free RILLA Scan inspections. No payment details are required for the free trial, so no refund is applicable.
